Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Indore. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for Kohsa’s environmental engineering solutions, including water and wastewater treatment systems,



air pollution control systems, solar installations, and environmental consulting services. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, conducting site visits and product presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with technical, operations, and finance teams to develop tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project handover. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership, while representing Kohsa at industry events and networking opportunities.
