1. Job Summary
The Continent Head will be responsible for managing, driving, and expanding business operations across the assigned continent. This role focuses on generating new business, managing existing distributor networks, appointing new partners, and overseeing end-to-end shipment and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will align regional sales strategies with company growth objectives to achieve annual targets,



enhance market penetration, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Business Development & Strategy: Identify new market opportunities within the assigned continent, conduct competition analysis, and perform market research to propose growth strategies to management.
• Logistics & Shipment Oversight: Coordinate and handle overall shipment activities, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution of international logistics.
• Distributor & Network Management: Manage relationships with existing distributors to drive repeat business. Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors in untapped countries.
• Inquiry & Order Management: Oversee the generation and conversion of current inquiries. Monitor the entire order cycle from placement to execution.
