About the role
You will be the first point of contact for Australian homeowners and businesses in the energy sector. You will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, explain the offerings, and generate qualified leads and appointments.
Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable with outbound calling, and be able to understand and respond appropriately to Australian English accents.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound voice calls to prospective Australian residential and commercial clients.
• Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Explain basic product or service information and communicate their advantages.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call outcomes,



and lead information in the CRM or tracking system.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments, and conversions, as applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Any graduate or diploma holder (any stream)
• Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or renewable energy sector is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral accent
• Able to understand Australian accents and speak confidently with international customers
• Basic computer skills, comfortable with CRM, MS Office and email
• Willing to work the Australian shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST) from the Urappakam office
• Target-driven, with good listening and persuasion skills
