Role Overview
• Position: Subject Matter Expert – Head of CRM & Pre-Sales
• Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years (Mandatory experience in a similar high-volume Pre-Sales/CRM environment)
• Team Handling: Mandatory (Proven track record of managing and engaging a high-performing sales/calling team)
• Joining Status: Immediate Joiner Only
• Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil

Core Mission & Key Responsibilities
Your primary objective is to supercharge our conversion rates, tightly control team operations, and drastically increase high-intent showroom walk-ins.

1. Lead by Example & Customer Engagement
• Direct Customer Interaction: Personally take high-value inbound calls, engage prospects over WhatsApp, and handle critical customer interactions to lock in interest.
• The Ultimate Closer: Mastermind the outbound call (OB) strategy and personally assist in closing tough leads, showing your team exactly how it is done.
• Product & Design Expertise: Act as the ultimate product expert.



Speak the language of aesthetics and design fluently to consult, inspire, and educate premium clients.

2. Team Control & Operations
• Daily Operations Management: Drive, monitor, and manage the daily activity of the Pre-Sales and CRM team across all digital, web, and voice touchpoints.
• Pipeline Optimization: Rigorously monitor the 3,000+ monthly lead pipeline to ensure zero lead leakage and immediate response times.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Train the team on advanced soft skills, objection handling, and product design vocabulary to elevate the standard of every conversation.

3. Walk-in Generation & Conversion Dominance
• Drive Showroom Footfall: Design and execute high-converting script strategies specifically engineered to turn digital inquiries into physical showroom walk-ins.
• Data-Driven Success: Analyze CRM touchpoints to continuously improve the outbound-to-walk-in and inbound-to-closing ratios.
