customer workshops and proposals.
what you'll do

• Hands-on delivery: Stay close to implementation, review designs and unblock the delivery team on hard problems.
• AI and AIOps design: Define how AI tools and AIOps platforms are used to improve SRE efficiency, covering triage, RCA, automation and observability.
• Security by design: Embed Zero Trust, IAM, secrets, network and compliance controls into customer solutions.
• Presales support: When required, join customer discussions, shape solutions and contribute to proposals and estimates.
• Standards: Create reference architectures, runbooks and best practices that the squads reuse.
• Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal leaders.
• Mentoring: Raise the technical depth
