About Marbles Health
Marbles Health is building the future of personalized brain health, with e-medicine solutions that combine neuroscience, psychology and AI. We make everything from portable brain stimulation devices to full digital therapeutics. Brains are complicated, so we need someone who can make them fun to watch.
The role, in one line
You won't just cut what other people shoot. You'll come up with the idea, set up the shot, get people performing their best on camera (sometimes yourself), and have the edit live before the trend dies.
We need someone who is part editor, part director, part on-screen personality, and fully okay with saying "one more take, but this time with energy"

Before you read further, a few honest questions:

A reel idea hits you at 4 pm. When does it go live?
❌ "I'll add it to next week's content calendar."
✅ "I'll grab a phone and a teammate, shoot it in 20 minutes, and have a draft out by 6."
Our doctor is stiff and robotic on camera.

What do you do?
❌ "I'll fix it in the edit."
✅ "I'll crack a joke, change the setup, give them one straightforward direction, and roll again. The edit can't save a lifeless take."
Someone needs to be on camera, right now. Who goes?
❌ "Not me, I'm behind the scenes."
✅ "I'm already holding the mic."
How do you think about a shoot?
❌ "I'll edit whatever footage I'm sent."
✅ "I plan the hook, the shots and the B-roll before anyone presses record, because that's where a good edit starts."
If the ✅ answers sound like you, keep reading.
