Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Bareilly. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of training programs, coordinating with academic partners, trainers,



and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities include planning program timelines, organizing sessions, managing student enrollment and communication, and tracking learning outcomes and placement progress. The role involves monitoring program quality, collecting feedback, generating performance reports, and ensuring alignment with TrainX’s standards and partner expectations. The Program Manager will also support continuous improvement of program design, contribute to operations process optimization, and collaborate with the product and corporate teams to enhance learner and client experience.
