Role Summary
We are hiring finance professionals who can support accounting review, reconciliations,
compliance processes, and monthly MIS readiness for startups, SMEs, and growth
stage businesses.
This role is ideal for candidates with around 1 year of hands-on finance experience who
want to build strong fundamentals across books review, compliance support,
reconciliations, working papers, and financial data preparation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Perform ledger scrutiny, trial balance review, and account-grouping checks.
2. Prepare bank reconciliations and key balance sheet support schedules.
3. Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and related compliance workings / filings.
4.



Prepare working papers required for MIS and month-end review.
5. Identify accounting errors, classification issues, unreconciled balances, and
missing entries.
6. Coordinate with clients for data, documents, clarifications, and pending queries.
7. Maintain folder structure, file hygiene, and tracking sheets.
8. Support monthly MIS number population and financial data preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile
 B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / article background preferred
 Around 1 year of relevant experience
 Solid accounting and reconciliation fundamentals
 Basic compliance familiarity
 Good Excel and accounting software comfort
 Ownership and deadline discipline
