Job Description:
Manager – Merchandising
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end merchandising for key international buyer accounts from development to shipment.
• Manage commercial negotiations, costing, capacity planning, and order execution.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with international buyers to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and profitability across accounts.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
Mandatory: 9–13 years of experience in an apparel export house with proven expertise in handling international buyer accounts and leading merchandising teams.
