Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the real estate domain. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and events, presenting consulting services,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other tracking tools. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to develop proposals, follow up on inquiries, support deal negotiations, and ensure a smooth handover to account management. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, meeting revenue targets, and representing the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
