About The Role.
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective students, identifying their educational aspirations and guiding them toward the right skill-building programs.

What You Will Be Doing?
• Advising & Consultation:



Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations with prospective learners to assess their goals and match them with optimal programs.
• Pipeline Management: Actively engage with incoming leads from digital platforms, inbound inquiries, and professional networks to drive program admissions.
• Value-Based Selling: Communicate program advantages, outcomes, and curriculum highlights to prospective students effectively.
• Relationship Nurturing: Maintain persistent, thoughtful follow-ups with interested prospects through telephone and email outreach.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets and revenue benchmarks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the outreach team to refine target demographics and improve lead quality.
• Data Tracking: Keep accurate logs of prospective student interactions and progress within our tracking systems.

Candidate Profile
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Commun
