About the Role
We are looking for a confident, self-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our corporate training programs to SMEs and corporate companies. You will generate your own leads, understand each client's training needs, present the right solution and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and meetings
• Reach out to SMEs and corporate companies and connect with HR heads, L&D; managers and business owners
• Understand each client's training needs and recommend suitable corporate training programs
• Conduct sales presentations, consultations and discovery calls, in person or online
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate and close deals
• Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in Excel or the CRM




• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth program delivery
• Share market feedback and competitor insights with management

Requirements
• 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the service industry, preferably in consultancy, training and coaching, education/academics/counselling institutes, or foreign education
• Graduate in a relevant field
• Fluent English, spoken and written (required)
• Hindi and Gujarati preferred, as they help with local clients
• Good working knowledge of Excel (data tracking, formulas, reports)
• Basic comfort with CRM tools, email and online meeting platforms
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Ability to prepare proposals
