Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & E-commerce Manager to oversee marketing operations, campaign execution, product performance, influencer marketing, and cross-functional coordination. The candidate will monitor sales and campaigns, manage creative approvals, review product wise profitability, coordinate promotional activities, and support new product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management: Monitor daily sales and campaign performance, review marketing
creatives, videos, and scripts, and contribute to creative ideation.
Influencer Marketing: Shortlist and finalise influencers, coordinate with in-house actors and creators,
review influencer content, and track payment reports.
Product Management: Review product testing reports, product labels, website content, deals,
promotional offers, and product-related information.
Sales & E-commerce Operations: Track live and abandoned orders, coordinate with Sales and E
commerce teams, monitor payment updates, and resolve operational issues.




Business Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review monthly reports, reconcile data, analyse product-wise
Profit & Loss (P&L;), and monitor business performance.
Budget & Target Management: Plan campaign budgets, monitor budget utilisation, and communicate
team-wise targets.
New Product Launches: Conduct market research, contribute to product development and go-to-market
(GTM) strategies, and coordinate with the R&D; team.
Content & Shoot Planning: Develop creative concepts and shoot ideas for brands such as BGrowth and
Herb69, including AI-based video references and content ideas.
Team & Department Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, E
commerce, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Team Management: Conduct regular team meetings, review deliverables, manage priorities, and ensure
timely completion of assigned tasks.
