Digital & IT Governance Lead – AMEA
We are looking for an experienced Digital & IT Governance Lead to drive IT governance, performance management, portfolio oversight, budgeting, cybersecurity compliance reporting, and strategic transformation initiatives across the AMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the AMEA Digital & IT Governance Office
• Drive governance forums, executive reporting, and QBRs
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Monitor portfolio performance, digital transformation, and value realization
• Coordinate cybersecurity, risk, and compliance governance
• Partner with CIOs, Finance, HR,



Procurement, and business stakeholders across AMEA

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, PMO, Portfolio Management, IT Strategy, or Performance Management
• Solid experience in executive reporting, budgeting, and governance frameworks
• Exposure to cybersecurity governance and risk management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations
