About the Role
Web Works Co. is looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist who can develop effective social media strategies, plan engaging content, and help brands build a solid digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan monthly content calendars for multiple brands across social media platforms.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, reels, and engaging content formats.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to execute content plans.
• Analyse social media performance, track key metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep brands relevant.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and content quality.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely execution of content strategies.





Requirements
• Experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content planning.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Excellent creative thinking, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to understand brand positioning and translate business objectives into content strategies.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Canva and social media management tools is an advantage.
