With 2 to 5 years of experience, the manager independently handles key accounts, provides guidance to junior sales staff, and reports performance metrics to senior leadership. The position balances tactical execution with strategic insight, solving challenges such as forecast accuracy, market penetration, and customer retention while acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quarterly sales plans that align with regional revenue targets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract negotiation and close.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate opportunity data and forecast information.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct regular account reviews with key customers to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior sales representatives on prospecting techniques and objection handling.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.

Required Qualifications
