Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with global customers and partners, and expand ChenSheng’s presence in key markets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations,



coordinating proposals and contract negotiations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure customer requirements are met and deliveries are aligned with agreed terms. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and support revenue growth.
