Role Description Founding Team members at Rashtralink will play a hands-on role in shaping product direction, user experience, and growth strategy in a full-time remote capacity. Day-to-day work may include conducting market and user research, testing product features,



and providing detailed feedback to guide development and design decisions. Team members will help create and execute go-to-market initiatives, support early user acquisition, and nurture relationships with creators, partners, and communities. They will collaborate on communication plans, content ideas, and brand messaging while tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement. Founding Team members are expected to operate with high ownership, contribute across functions, and support a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate user behavior, and support evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Sales skills to build relationships, engage early adopters, and support creator and partner onboarding.
