Job Description

• Drive Affordable Housing business across assigned branches and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and productivity across the cluster.
• Guide and support Branch Managers and sales teams to ensure target achievement.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels to generate business.
• Monitor branch performance and take necessary actions to improve business results.
• Ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations,



and other support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery.
• Support teams in customer handling, issue resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor documentation quality and ensure adherence to organizational processes and policies.
• Conduct regular branch visits and review meetings to drive performance and team development.
• Maintain cluster-level MIS, performance reports, and business updates on a regular basis
