Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting Passion AI’s influencer marketing solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure. The Sales Specialist will conduct product demos, prepare proposals,



and negotiate terms while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing a strong pipeline, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing feedback to internal teams based on client needs and market trends. The individual in this role will also support training for new clients on the platform, track account performance, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
