Role Description Life Coaching Program Advisor – Interns is a full time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.



The individual will support the design and delivery of life coaching and personal development programs, including assisting in curriculum planning, session scheduling, and learner engagement. Daily responsibilities include communicating with interns and program participants, guiding them through the coaching process, and tracking their progress using UCF’s LADDER Framework and certification pathways. The role involves coordinating training sessions, preparing coaching resources and materials, documenting feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of coaching methodologies. The advisor will collaborate with senior coaches and administrative teams to ensure smooth program operations and a consistently high-quality participant experience.
