We are looking for candidates with an experience of 3 - 4 years who can be a part of our DaeBuild CRM Implementation & Functional Support team.
The CRM Implementation & Functional Support profile would be :-
- Ensuring absolute success of each DaeBuild CRM Implementation.
- Ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.
- Online and Onsite Software Training.
- Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.
- Upgradations of the software versions.
- Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle.
- Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality.
- Valuable Communication Skills.
