Job Description A US based client is looking for a Senior ETL SQL Developer to join their India based team. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration and data warehouse solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that transform data from ERP, MRP, and operational systems into trusted analytics platforms. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL development, data warehousing, performance tuning, and data quality management, along with experience modernizing legacy integration environments and supporting cloud migration initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, application teams, BI developers, and data architects to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions that drive enterprise reporting and analytics. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers a salary range of 18-25 LPA. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise ETL/ELT solutions and production-grade data pipelines.
Advanced expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures, complex queries, views, functions, and performance optimization.
Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise source systems into data warehouses, data lakes, or analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and source-to-target mapping.
Experience developing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting ETL/ELT pipelines in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to implement data quality validation, reconciliation processes, error handling, and monitoring frameworks.
Experience with source control, Git-based development workflows, deployment processes, and change management practices.




Robust analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with Boomi for data integration and orchestration or Fivetran for automated data replication and ELT processes.
Direct experience integrating or extracting data from NetSuite ERP and Epicor MRP systems.
Experience with SSIS development, support, and modernization of legacy ETL workloads.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks.
Working knowledge of Python, REST APIs, SOAP web services, dbt, or other modern data engineering technologies.
Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms and the underlying data structures that support enterprise reporting.
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, or order fulfillment data domains.
