Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bikaner. This position is responsible for generating and managing sales of bio-degradable and compostable products within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and visiting potential customers, presenting product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies.



The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients, as well as collecting feedback on product performance and market trends. The Field Sales Executive will prepare regular sales reports, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customized packaging, and represent the company at local events or trade activities as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and territory management.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, handle negotiations, and provide effective after-sales service.
• Basic knowledge or interest in sustainable, bio-degradable, and compostable products, with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
• Good communication and presentation skills
