We’re a fast-growing SaaS startup. This is a solo, high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. You won’t be “supporting marketing.” You’ll be running it.

Your missionTurn marketing spend and content into booked product demos, and build an organic traffic engine that brings in leads every month.

What you’ll own1. Paid campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn (main focus)
• Plan, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns end to end: audience, creative, copy, budget and bidding.




• Run weekly A/B tests on hooks, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Optimise for demos booked and lead quality, not just clicks and impressions.
• Manage the monthly ad budget responsibly, with full visibility on spend versus results.

2. Creatives and reels
• Design ad creatives, carousels and social posts in Canva.
• Edit short-form reels and video ads in CapCut.
• Turn product features into scroll-stopping content that SMB owners understand.

3. Website and landing pages
• Build and improve landing pages for campaigns.
• Keep the website updated, fast and conversion-focused.

4. SEO
• Do keyword research for high-intent SaaS and SMB searches.
• Handle on-page SEO, technical health checks and content briefs for blogs and pages.
• Grow organic traffic and inbound demo requests month on month.

5. Social media
• Own the content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
