Role Description The Physique Ascension Club Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, managing sales operations, and cultivating robust relationships with prospective and existing members. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting facility tours, presenting membership options,



closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns, organizing in-club events to support member acquisition and retention, and monitoring sales metrics to meet or exceed targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee a small sales team, provide guidance and training, and ensure a high standard of customer experience aligned with PAC’s luxury brand. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the PAC facility in Gurugram.
