Role Description The Sales and Support Executive will work full time in office at the Ahmedabad office, engaging with clients to understand their requirements related to Tally products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining Tally solutions, preparing and following up on proposals, managing renewals, and coordinating Tally implementations such as Tally on AWS cloud and Tally on mobile. The role involves handling customer queries,



providing basic product support and training, documenting issues, and liaising with technical teams for customization or advanced troubleshooting. The executive will also maintain customer relationships, update records in internal systems, and contribute to meeting sales and service targets.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting software concepts; familiarity with Tally (license, renewal, cloud, mobile, and customization) is highly desirable.
• Customer service and communication skills to handle queries, provide product guidance, and conduct basic training or demonstrations.
• Sales and negotiation abilities to identify client needs, present solutions, close deals, and manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Organizational and documentation skills for maintaining client records, tracking follow-ups, and reporting on sales and support activities.
