We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented US Accounting & Finance Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day finance operations for a growing, US-based services business.
This role requires more than expertise in a single accounting function. The ideal candidate will have practical experience across US accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, invoicing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.

You should be comfortable working independently in a lean, quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, resolving financial discrepancies, and working directly with internal stakeholders and external vendors. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of processes, identify gaps, and help build efficient, reliable finance operations.

Key Responsibilities1. US Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate accounting records, general ledger entries, and supporting documentation.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting activities.
• Perform bank, credit card, balance-sheet, and intercompany reconciliations as applicable.




• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
• Manage vendor invoices, expense verification, payment preparation, and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments and proper documentation.

3. Accounts Receivable & Billing
• Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contractual and billing requirements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain collection records.
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing queries.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming payments and outstanding balances.
