Role Description The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls, messages, and leads to promote Fitelo’s health and wellness solutions and convert prospects into customers. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, explaining service offerings, and guiding potential clients through the enrollment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.



The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and share feedback to refine sales approaches. This is a full time hybrid role in Bengaluru.( Location Near Bellandur-Doddakannelli Rd)

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales techniques, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including managing and nurturing leads through digital and telephonic channels.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
• Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in health, wellness, fitness, or related consumer services is an advantage.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abil
