We are looking for a proactive HR skilled to oversee day to day HR operations, foster a positive work environment and work closely with the founders on people related matters.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee HR operations and ensure smooth day to day functioning
* Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues




* Work closely with founders on employee engagement, people management and HR initiatives
* Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction and exit formalities
* Coordinate recruitment, payroll inputs and HR compliance
* Maintain workplace policies, professional conduct and a positive office environment
* Oversee attendance, leave management and employee documentation

What We’re Looking For

* 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
* Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
* Mature, approachable and confident in handling employee matters
* Ability to independently manage HR operations and resolve day to day challenges
* Organised, hands on and solution oriented approach
