Role Description The Business Development Partner role is a remote position focused on driving new client acquisition and expanding strategic relationships within target industries. On a day-to-day basis, this role researches and identifies high-potential prospects, conducts consultative discovery calls, and presents tailored lead generation solutions aligned with client revenue goals.



The Business Development Partner collaborates closely with internal teams to refine service offerings, support onboarding, and provide feedback that informs ongoing improvements in lead quality and reporting. Additional responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and agreements, tracking performance metrics, and representing Engage Lynk in virtual meetings, events, and partner discussions.
