The roleWe are hiring a remote Business Development Representative to win new clients for Routcore through LinkedIn. You own the full sales cycle: find the right decision-makers, start the conversation, run the calls and close the deal.
This is a commission-only role with no fixed salary. Our deals are high-ticket, ₹80,000 to ₹3,00,000 each, so every client you close pays well.
What you'll do• Build targeted prospect lists on LinkedIn: founders, CEOs and directors of businesses whose teams do a lot of repetitive manual work.




• Send personalised connection requests and messages every day. No copy-paste spam.
• Follow up consistently until you get a explicit yes or no.
• Book and run discovery calls to understand how the prospect's team works today and where their time goes.
• Pitch the right Routcore system, handle objections and close the deal.
• Work with the founders on scoping and the proposal for each prospect.
• Keep the lead tracker updated with every conversation and next step.

Targets and daily reportingThe target is 3 new clients closed every month.
You send a work report to the founders at 7:00 PM IST on every working day. It covers:
• Prospects contacted and connection requests sent
• Replies received and conversations in progress
• Calls booked and calls completed
• Deals in the pipeline and the next step on each
• Your plan for the next day

CompensationYou earn 8% to 10% of the deal value on every client you close. Deals ran
