About the Role
We are looking for a Business Finance professional to support our D2C operations. The role will own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while working closely with internal stakeholders across functions. This is a plant-based role with presence across our Bhiwandi and Bangalore locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Own budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning for the D2C vertical
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, and supply chain to drive financial insights
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analyses, and periodic financial reviews
• Track actuals vs. budget and provide commentary on deviations
• Support business decisions through financial modelling and scenario planning

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in business finance or FP&A;
• Prior exposure to D2C or consumer businesses preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel; ERP or BI tools are a plus
• Valuable stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a plant/operations-driven environment
