Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager – Tata Capital Wealth will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, focusing on holistic wealth management solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Faridabad and involves meeting clients regularly, understanding their financial goals, and recommending appropriate investment, lending, and protection products. The role includes developing new client relationships through networking and referrals, cross-selling relevant Tata Capital offerings, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance. The Senior Relationship Manager will collaborate with product, operations, and risk teams, prepare customized proposals, track portfolio performance, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. The position also entails staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and company products to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term partnerships.




• Sound knowledge of wealth management products such as mutual funds, bonds, structured products, insurance, and lending solutions.
• Experience in financial planning, portfolio management, and asset allocation tailored to diverse risk profiles and investment horizons.
• Proficiency in sales and business development, including lead generation, prospect assessment, and conversion in a competitive market.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, understand credit profiles, and work within regulatory and compliance frameworks.
