As we continue to expand our sales function, we are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Associate who can help us generate qualified leads, build relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

About the Role
• We are looking for an energetic, confident, and execution-focused Sales Associate to support Vistolane’s business development and customer acquisition efforts.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, CRM management, sales calls, and pipeline generation.
• You will work closely with the Sales Manager and leadership team to identify potential customers, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and database prospecting.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients and understand their visa, immigration, or business requirements.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer needs, budget, interest, and buying intent.
• Schedule meetings, consultations, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Support the Sales Manager in closing new business and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
