Data Science Delivery Lead
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Data Science Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of large-scale AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science programs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and solving complex business challenges, shaping data science and AI roadmaps, and ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end analytics initiatives. You will provide strategic leadership across data science teams while partnering closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, clients, and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the identification and definition of complex business problems and translate them into scalable analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions that create measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain data science and AI roadmaps aligned with client and organizational priorities, adapting them based on changing business needs, emerging technologies, and stakeholder feedback.




• Drive end-to-end delivery of analytics programs, ensuring successful execution from problem framing and data acquisition to model deployment, monitoring, and business adoption.
• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define success metrics, and establish data-driven approaches to solving critical business challenges.
• Oversee the execution of multiple data science engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Domain Consultants to achieve program goals.
• Establish governance frameworks, operational excellence processes, and delivery standards to improve productivity, predictability, and business impact.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
