Founder's Office Intern (Sales, Operations)

Location: Remote (you’ll work directly with our co-founder over calls, Slack and shared docs)

Type: Internship, 6 months, with a shot at a full-time role
Stipend: ₹10K-15K per month
Website: www.designasylum.in

If you've ever sat in a meeting and thought "I'd have closed that deal differently," you belong here.
Most interns watch a business from the outside. They fetch coffee, format slides, and leave knowing roughly what they knew when they arrived. You’ll be on the pricing call, the contract negotiation and the hiring decision. You’ll learn more in six months here than most people learn in their first three jobs.

About us
Design Asylum is a branding, packaging and UI/UX studio based in Pune. We've spent 10+ years building brands and products for names like Puma, Kia and Axis Bank, with clients across India, the US and the Middle East.
Behind the design work there's a business that has to run every day. Leads come in and need sorting. Proposals get written and chased. Contracts get drafted, read and argued over.

Development partners need managing, invoices need following up, and new people need hiring. Right now our co-founder handles most of that himself. You'll work alongside him and take on more of it every month.

What you'll do
• Sort incoming leads from email, our website and ad campaigns. Work out who's serious and who has a budget we can work with before anyone books a call.
• Sit in on discovery calls with founders. Take notes, then help turn a messy conversation into a transparent scope and phase plan.
• Build proposals and pitch decks on our template: phases, timelines, deliverables and payment milestones.
• Chase open proposals. A good follow-up email wins more deals than people think, and you'll write plenty of them.
• Track live projects against what the client signed. Flag it early when a deadline slips or the scope starts to creep.
• Coordinate with our development partners and contractors on estimates, hand
