We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition to manage an RPO deployment in Pune. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in IT hiring, client/stakeholder management, recruitment delivery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles.
• Manage client relationships, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive recruitment delivery against hiring targets, SLAs, and TAT.
• Must have experinece with ATS like OneHR, Workday etc.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, pipeline health, hiring quality, and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Manage escalations, recruitment reviews, and process improvements.




• Prepare recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring updates.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong IT hiring exposure.
• Prior experience in RPO, staffing, or corporate recruitment.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and high-volume or niche technology hiring.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
