About the Role:
ThinkSurf Udaan is looking for an experienced, target-driven International Tour Executive with strong expertise in international holiday package sales, particularly across South East Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client enquiries, designing customized itineraries, preparing quotations, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international tour enquiries and manage the sales process from initial consultation to booking confirmation.
• Understand client preferences, travel requirements, and budgets to recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and competitive package proposals.
• Drive lead conversion through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and client relationship management.
• Maintain solid destination knowledge, particularly in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, and Vietnam.




• Provide accurate information on hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to finalize tour arrangements and ensure smooth bookings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and improve enquiry-to-booking conversion rates.

Required skills and experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in international tour sales or holiday package sales.
• Mandatory knowledge of South East Asia destinations and customized international itineraries.
• Strong understanding of package costing, hotel options, sightseeing, and transfers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced travel environment.
• Preference for candidates with strong B2C international tour sales experience.
