IMC is looking for an experienced, strategic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and take complete ownership of the company’s overall marketing function.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the complete marketing strategy across the IMC business. The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded marketing professional with strong experience in branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, organic growth, content, social media, lead generation, and team leadership.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building a robust marketing structure, developing high-performing teams, strengthening the IMC brand, driving customer acquisition and business growth, and ensuring all marketing activities deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for IMC.

• Create short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

• Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, and customer acquisition strategies.





• Establish clear marketing processes, structures, KPIs, and reporting systems.

• Ensure all marketing initiatives contribute towards overall business growth.

Brand Strategy & Development
• Develop and strengthen IMC’s brand positioning and market presence.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, communication, visual identity, and customer experience.

• Develop effective brand awareness and positioning campaigns.

• Oversee all brand communication across online and offline channels.

• Work closely with creative teams to maintain strong and consistent brand standards.

Performance & Paid Marketing
• Oversee performance marketing and paid advertising strategies across relevant platforms.

• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.

• Monitor and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
