About Köche

Köche is a premium home-appliance brand building products for contemporary Indian kitchens from BLDC chimneys and hobs to cooktops and water heaters.

We're growing across D2C, marketplaces and offline retail, and we're looking for someone who can help us turn digital campaigns into real business growth.

Not someone who just hits Publish Campaign and hopes for the best. Someone who understands the numbers, asks the right questions, tests new ideas and knows when it's time to scale.

What you'll be doing

Paid Ads & Performance

• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Keep a close eye on budgets, audiences, bidding and campaign performance.
• Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Figure out what's working, what's burning budget and what deserves more investment.




• Spot opportunities to scale campaigns without letting acquisition costs run wild.

Creative Testing & Experimentation

• Work with the creative team to turn ideas into ads that perform.
• Test different hooks, headlines, ad copies, videos, Reels, offers and audiences.
• Understand why some creatives convert while others don't.
• Bring data-backed feedback to the creative team.
• Keep experimenting. Because the ad that worked last month might not work this month.

Numbers, Insights & Reporting

• Track campaign performance through daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor ad spend, revenue, purchases, ROAS and customer acquisition costs.
• Analyse product-level and campaign-level performance.
• Turn dashboards and spreadsheets into actionable insights.
• Keep conversion tracking accurate and flag discrepancies before they become bigger problems.

D2C & E-commerce Growth

• Drive traffic and sales for Köche's D2C website and market
