Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in the Mohali district. The Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound calls,



understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate home healthcare products and services. Responsibilities include managing lead follow-ups, qualifying prospects, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through the purchase or rental process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will contribute to sales targets, provide feedback on customer trends, and uphold the company’s standards of empathetic and transparent service.
