The role:
We're hiring a Head of Inside Sales to own Zintlr's outbound engine end-to-end during our scale-up phase. This is a senior, hands-on, player-coach role: you'll build the system, carry a personal number alongside the team's, and grow a team of BDRs who can run it without you. Expect the first outbound motion live within your first 7 days, your number being hit by day 15, and your first unbelievable win by day 30.
You will own outbound pipeline generation, BDR team performance, sequence and list strategy, the BDR-to-AE handoff, sales-engagement tooling,



and AI-powered prospecting workflows. You'll work directly with the founders, the Sales lead, and Marketing, and you'll have BDR reports from day one. You'll report to the CEO for now, and to the VP Sales in two quarters.

What you'll own:
Pipeline number: Meetings booked, SQLs, and sourced pipeline across India and global markets. Owned by you, reviewed weekly, raised every month. A miss gets a root cause and a fix within the week.
Personal quota: Carry your own outbound target alongside the team's. You're on calls and in sequences every week, not just reviewing dashboards. You carry a personal number for the first two quarters; after that, your number is the team's.

Outbound engine: Multi-channel sequences across cold email, LinkedIn, and calling: high-volume where the ICP is broad, account-based where it isn't. ICP-led list building and personalisation that actually reads like a human wrote it. Test
