Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate clients, and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in the education market. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and commercial offers, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves close collaboration with product, operations, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs, track sales performance, and provide input for new offerings. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, sales planning, and relationship management, with the ability to drive growth in the education or services sector.
• Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B or institutional markets.
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, including the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
