What you need for this role• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in quick-paced startups or IT organizations preferred.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience in employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of performance management systems and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
