Role Description The Corporate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support the company’s growth and workforce planning needs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mahuva and involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job postings, and source candidates through various channels. Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and overseeing the selection and offer process in alignment with company policies. The recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, manage recruitment data and reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also includes collaborating with HR on employer branding initiatives, onboarding coordination,



and compliance with relevant labor laws and internal standards.
Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases and basic MS Office tools.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, with robust communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, local labor regulations, and corporate HR policies.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant recruiting or HR certifications are an advantage.
