? Job Title: Supply Chain Executive – Export Operations

? Job Purpose
The Supply Chain Executive will oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain activities for export operations, ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, production, logistics, and international clients.
? Key Responsibilities
• Export Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and trade policies.
• Logistics & Coordination
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international clients.
• Optimize transportation costs and routes.
• Client & Vendor Communication
• Act as a point of contact for overseas clients regarding shipment status.




• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to align supply schedules.
• Process Improvement
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and suggest improvements.
• Implement best practices for efficiency and cost reduction.

? Qualifications & Skills
• Prefer Master’s degree in any field, Minimum qualification Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience in export/import operations or supply chain management.
• Robust knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, English and Hindi.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

? Additional Requirements
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping practices.
• Willingness to coordinate across different time zones.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
