Key Responsibilities
• Own and develop project scope, project charters, project plans, communication plans, and status reports.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, perks, quality, and resource allocation.
• Track project deliverables to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Support budget forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and project financial planning.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and challenges proactively.
• Define quality objectives, KPIs, and project success criteria.
• Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
