Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the Tech & Durables (T&D;) Business within NielsenIQ’s production environment. The candidate will be expected to quickly learn and develop a strong understanding of T&D; processes, data flows, and business requirements.

The role involves managing retailer/vendor data acquisition, validation, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality data and insights. Working closely with Retail Services, Retailers, Transformation Teams, Output Teams, and country stakeholders, the individual will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

A key focus of the role will be to identify process simplification opportunities and support the successful transition of the T&D; business into OGRDS, ensuring efficient, standardized, and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of technical and process issues while ensuring adoption of new tools and enhancements
• Conduct RCA, implement corrective actions, and effectively manage stakeholder communications




• Provide timely project updates and proactively address client queries and concerns
• Document, monitor, and continuously improve processes, controls, and exception management
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Excel Macros, ML, and GenAI
• Ensure accurate and high-quality data setup and maintenance across multiple markets
• Execute and support end-to-end data processing and project delivery activities
• Investigate data quality issues and collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure timely resolution
• Partner with Retailers, Country Teams, Transformation Teams, and Output Teams to enhance data quality and operational efficiency
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Reference Data processes and provide guidance to global teams
• Track and report KPIs related to delivery performance, data quality, and operational effectiveness
