Role Description The Technical Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India.



The person in this position will provide technical support to customers using Nebero Systems’ products, including installation assistance, configuration guidance, and ongoing troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to support tickets and calls, diagnosing and resolving network and system issues, and documenting solutions and best practices. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex problems, participating in product testing and feedback, and helping maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation. The Technical Support Executive will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through transparent communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive follow-ups.
